France IBAN format
An IBAN from France starts with FR and has 27 characters: two check digits and a 23-character national account number (BBAN) in the format 5!n5!n11!c2!n. French IBANs (prefix FR) also cover French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna and the French Southern Territories.
